Setting Your Intentions (Antoinette H)

Just a little reminder that when we set our intentions for the day, we remove unseen obstacles that may be in our way.

This morning on my way to the gym I cleared and listened to Jenn’s light language. 

I connected to the highest and purest frequencies only and brought in the Trifold flames from the highest and purest frequencies only.

I set my intentions with love that all encounters I have today would be upheld in the highest and purest frequencies only.

I intended that every encounter I have today will be filled with joy, love, kindness, compassion, and respect. My day was set.

On my way to the gym this morning, I asked my parking Angels for a good parking space right in the front, and there it was just waiting for me.

I walked into the gym and up to my favorite machine. I did a 40-minute workout and when I was done I decided I wanted a massage. As I walked towards the front desk a gentleman smiled at me and said good morning, I replied with a smile good morning.

I approached the front desk and asked to reserve a massage chair. The young man already knows I like using the massage machines twice so he said 20 mins, I chuckled and said yes please. As I turned to walk thru the glass doors a young lady said, let me get the door for you. I said, thank you so much. She replied, no problem.

I walked in and sat in a nice comfy chair next to another woman. I said good morning, she smiled and said good morning. After her massage was all done she got up and said, well, you have a good day. I smiled and said, you have a good day too.

When my 20 mins was up I headed back towards the front desk and upon leaving the young man said, have a good day. I replied, you have a good day too. I was feeling pretty good, so I decided to go to the gas station to save my daughter some time so she wouldn’t have to stop on her way to work.

I walked in and the lady behind the glass that takes your money and starts the pump for you looked at me smiled and she said good morning. I said hello and good morning to you. I gave her the money for my gas and replied thank you.

As I’m walking back to the car there was a family that had set up to sell tamales. The lady said would you like to buy some tamales? I looked at her and I said how much are they and the young lady replied $2.50. I said sure I’ll take two. I said let me pump my gas and then I’ll come back.

As I’m pumping my gas a gentleman on the other side looks over at me smiles and said good morning. I replied good morning. I put my gas in the car and once I was done I needed to move so the car behind me can have the pump.

I start up the car to move, but before I can put the car in drive the young lady came over with my two tamales. I said thank you very much. I was actually going to drive over and pick them up. She replied oh it’s okay no problem so I gave her the $5 for the tamales and I said wait a minute, here’s a extra dollar for your tip with a smile. We laughed and she replied thank you. I said you’re very welcome.

I came home smiling and it felt really good because I intended for all of those wonderful experiences to happen this morning. It is very important to me to clear and set my intentions every morning. So that all interactions with others will be pleasant.
