(Jenn’s Note: Xenia is our GOTC Initiate since September 2022. I recommend her service to all boys, girls, men and women. It is time to learn about menstruation or “period”. It is time to embrace the greatness of being a female. It is time to reverse the shame codes on this beautiful creation of God. It is time for the boys and men to understand the truth about your mothers, sisters, cousins, friends, and all ladies.)

Dear Ones,

My name is Xenia, my Spiritual name is Prem Aishya which means The Power of Divine Love.

I am here to invite you to have a beautiful journey into your Menstrual Awareness and bleeding pleasure, where we can share our experience, learn to synchronize with our period, embrace and cherish our moon and use our source of creation.

I was born in Siberia, Russia where I lived for 23 years than I moved to Saint-Petersburg, I lived about 2 years in India and now I live in Mexico almost 6 years now. I speak 4 languages and I am a professional language teacher.

Apart from that I am a Reiki Master since 2013 and a body therapist, I do Holistic Pulsing. I work with herbs, gems as an artisan. I create healing jewelry for women who have menstrual cycle disorders, who are pregnant or want to be, who breastfeed, etc. I practice acupuncture, EFT and for the last 4 years I do hand-made natural cosmetics and sell it.

My spiritual journey started in 2011, it came up from deep sadness and emptiness and desire to find answers.

My first steps were yoga and meditation but it wasn’t enough and I continued my search. I used to be a translator of one shaman, traditional and alternative doctor all-in-one and learned a lot from this experience as well.

But the real “trip” started with my SUDDEN pregnancy. Why I say sudden is mostly the reason of this huge work that I am going to share with you during a session of workshops about Menstrual Awareness.
