Cultivating Empathy with Guardian of the Codes’ No-No Guidelines

Behind the clouds, there is the sun.

This month’s theme: Empathise (verb).
For the last letter E of REFRAME.
Reframe is our theme word for 2024.

I’m inviting you all to join the 2024’s Reframers and me this month to cultivate empathy within you and towards yourself. I’m aware that many do this for other people but not to themselves.

Many have been calling themselves an empath. Yes, it is true but it is also true that almost everyone is an empath including those who have been nasty to each other. It’s just they are not aware of it because their psychic abilities are still not functioning.

With that said, let’s just call ourselves as we are, a person with the innate gifts and abilities that we are now finding out. And yes! Everyone here is a guardian of his/her own codes that he/she brings in here.

These are the “no-no” from our guidelines in everything we do as a human.

First, no judgement. We want to understand the feelings and emotions of other people and ourselves without judging them or ourselves. Having a compassionate heart is a good tool to allow us to empathise others and ourselves.

Second, no absorption. We want to just observe what’s going on in the field of others and in ours without absorbing the emotions and thought forms that seem to wander around in our space. As I always mention, “Observe but do not absorb.” It’s one of our GOTC’s principles.

Third, no comparison and competition. We want to understand that not everyone is at the same frequency level of journey. So, it’s really unfair to compete and compare our achievements with others. We want to come down or up on their level to learn their situations with compassion, patience and understanding.

Fourth, no attachment. We want to set our own boundaries from the invasion of others (either energy wise, humans or anything really). Not because we are scared but we want to protect ourselves from becoming overwhelmed. So, in case you forgot to set the boundary, some emotions that are not yours may have surrounded or invaded your space. When this happens, you have to detach all those emotions first, especially those that make you weak, fearful, sick and anything that is negative.

These are just some of the criteria to empathise yourself more.

I hope these few “no-no” guidelines help you to be more aligned with the peace frequency.

If there is something that you want to share with me, please write me an email. You know that this is a very safe space.

Much love,

P.S. Check this out by Viktoria. It’s her birthday offerings. Enjoy.
